Another Day, Another MORE STAFF TO MEET!

Yes, indeed, we're still meeting the Summer Staff of 2019!

We're still meeting BRAND-NEW Staff who are joining us from all the way across the Atlantic Ocean, like Andy!

Hey, hi, hello there! I'm Andy from the UK and I'm really super excited to meet everybody this summer :D
My Role is being part of the E.E Team as well as being foreign to the camp and the US! Incredibly excited, a little nervous, but I'm sure it'll be fiiiine
My Camp Goals are to get walking and pump that enthusiasm for the outdoors, and hopefully not get lost along the way
My Animal is a beaver! They're one of nature's most caring, organized and creative animals. They also like building cool structures! I mean, have you seen how COOL a beaver lodge is?
My Camp Superpowers are telling incredible, terrible puns to make you groan with joy. I also have a TONNE of fun facts make you enjoy the puns a little bit more :D

See you soon!

We're still meeting RETURNING staff who are coming back for another season to continue the great work they've been doing at 4-H Camp, like Fran!

My camp superpower is unlimited backpack supplies! If there’s something you need, there’s a pretty good chance it’s in my backpack. Sometimes I don’t even know how all the stuff fits in there! My backpack is basically a black hole, or a portal to CVS.

My animal is a Golden Retriever! They’re friendly, loyal, and love to jump into any body of water they see just like me. I may not have luxurious golden hair like these cute dogs but that’s okay. Plus, we both smile a lot and get distracted when we see other animals.

My camp goal for this summer is to go on a hike! I didn’t get a chance to do one last summer so this year I’d like to experience the woods our camp calls home. I might not know much about the plants or animals we have around but I can definitely come up with weird names for everything (and provide moral support when anyone gets tired).

My role at camp is a lifeguard! I’m here to help everyone have fun and stay safe while experiencing all that Lake Shawanni has to offer. Whether you’re capsizing kayaks or swimming in the shallow end, I’ll make sure you stay happy and healthy in the water. Also, I’ll always be around as a friendly face for anything you need!

And, of course, we're still meeting some long-time campers who have dreamed of becoming staff, and this summer those dreams are entering the territory of reality, like Kristen!

My camp superpower is making friendship bracelets and friendships all summer long!

My camp goal is to make everyone smile, have camp chaos, and of course happiness!

My animal is a golden retriever because every one of them is my identical twin (sorry Katelyn) and they are super happy and filled with energy 24/7.

My role at camp is to guard the amazing Lake Shawanni and everyone in it!
