Session 4: Medieval Mythland

As the week begun...

Lunch dawned in the Kingdom of Lindley G. Cook 4-H Camp.

A glorious and powerful Queen was kidnapped.

She left twin princes to rule in their stead. (Twinces, naturally.)

The Twinces were crowned Twin Kings. (Twings, of course.)

Then predictably, the Twings were kidnapped as well.

At this point camp decided a monarchy just wasn't for us, and switched to a constitutional democracy dived into 11 Cabins represented by two counselors apiece. It's been working out way better for us.

Princess Margaret at the height of comfort in her throne.

Hawklandia in all of it's glory at the peak of it's power.

Kingdom of the Bears.

Camp is a great place to rule.

Fishing for campers! The number one activity in the dark ages.

Well I'm sure Erik did something to deserve that.

It's hard to catch hypothermia in July, but Pablo and Roshan sure tried at the Battleship station.

What did Sean Post do to get in this duel? Well, kidnapping everyone seemed to have something to do with it.

All Medieval punishments involved water being poured on counselors. That's why it was such a difficult time.

A shrine for our abducted Queen.

We miss our beautiful Queen sooooooo much.

Surprise, surprise, Hannah is covered in chocolate again.

"Hey Alex, can you take a perfect camp photo for me?"

"Sure can, Ben. I sure can."

Siege the Castle.

Look at the adorable baby dragon!

He's so s-weepy! He's such s-weepy widdle baby dwagon.

Oh goodness.  That doesn't seem to be a fair way to slay a baby dragon.

A battle in the woods.

A mythical obstacle course of legendary...I have no idea what this is.

Let's say this is a cave?

Or a spell? Or an enchanted...fun? Let's say it's fun. Cause that seems accurate.

And that's  Medieval Mythland 2014.
