Dispatches from the Frozen Forest

One of the many responsibilities...

Of this here trusty Summer Camp blog...

Is to show off, at regular intervals, for all to see...

Exactly what Camp looks like...

When it's the opposite of summer time.

And yesterday, it was about as opposite of summer time...

As it gets.

Cause we often show you pictures of when it's not many degrees, when it's only a few degrees...

But yesterday it was virtually...

No degrees!

What's it like here when it's no degrees?

Well,

Everything is very still.

Everything is very quiet.

Everything is encased in ice.

And your dog isn't even all that happy to be out on a walk.

I think we can all agree with him!

Some degrees are better than no degrees!

So if there is a particularly hot day this summer...

When you might think it's TOO MANY degrees...

We should all just remember to be happy...

That it's any degrees at all.

Especially...

When the sun goes down, and it's even less degrees than none.
All though, a no degree evening with a crystal clear full moon spotlight...

Shining off a sub-zero Lake Shawanni...

Isn't entirely without it's benefits either.
