Why to Sign up for SUMMER Camp in the WINTER Time (As told by our Jr. Counselors)

We are less than ONE MONTH away from our Early Bird Registration Deadline, on March 15th.

To mark this occasion, we are turning the blog over to our Junior Counselors, who spent some time during Leadership Weekend making this post to encourage you to sign up for Summer Camp during Early-Bird Registration.

(Several sessions of Camp are already over 2/3rds full! Bunks are going fast! Get yours now!)

So I'll now pass it off to our Junior Counselors, who are looking forward to touring you through an average summer day, in the middle of Winter:

------------------------------------------------------

You can start your Camp morning...

With a nice...

ROOSTER RUN!

Then, line up in front of the Dining Hall...

In your...

GROUP LINES!

It's time for classes, were you can choose from a wide assortment like:

Archery!

Canoeing!

(With a friend.)

Or Fishing!

Next it's REC TIME, where campers can do whatever they feel like that day.

Whether they feel like...

Ping Pong?

Or some...

Karaoke?

Or just...

Chilling by the lake?

Next, we're off to...

Water Rec.

Everyone's daily dose of Lake Shawanni.

Buddy check!

And when we're all,

Safe and accounted for,

We jump right back in!

And then it's off to...

Our next activity.

Vespers! Our evening reflection.

Which isn't complete without an...

Inspirational message.

Vespers makes us happy.

Finally,

A Closing Campfire,

With both old,

And new friends.

And of course...

No Camp week is complete...

With out...

Our...

Camp Dance!

Then it's time to raise the flag for one last morning...

Time to say our final...

"Thank yous" for the week...

And time to say "Can't wait to...

...See YOU next summer!"
-----

Special thanks to our Junior Counselors for putting together this blog post! They're the perfect people to remind you to be sure to sign up for Summer 2017, cause who knows Camp better than our folks who have kept returning summer after summer after summer...after summer...after summer...

...after summer...
