Our All-Camp Games, Evening Activities, and Afternoon Recreation Times all fall under what we call the "Resource" area of Camp, and we are adding our first ever Resource class, operating in a no-man's-land course area all of it's own.
What is this brave, ground breaking, intrepid new class?
Lawn Games, naturally. Lawn Games. (As brave, ground breaking, intrepid things go, it's pretty relaxed.)
Lawn Games
Nothing beats some leisurely recreational lawn activities as a way to while away a couple hours at camp. The campers and their counselor instructor will choose what games they feel like partaking in each individual class, and they’ll play until they feel like playing something else. Frisbee golf, whiffle ball, ladder ball, bocce ball, can jam, badminton and many other games will be among the available choices.
It'll be fun, and a great way to choose to spend a morning at Camp.
How much fun are we talking?
We're talking as much fun as Alissa-Cutter-kicking-a-soccer-ball-with-way-too-much-energy-as-a-group-of-campers-look-on-approvingly-fun.
