Once again it's time for the Camp Blog's annual trip...

 Away from Stokes State Forest...

To a land with...

Slightly different...

Animals.

And slightly different...

Building styles.

And a slightly different...

Approach to...

Staff uniforms.

All because London is slightly different than 4-H Camp...

And I'm back to find some international staff for Summer 2020 at the Camp America Fair!

Right after I recycle my coffee, of course.

Wait. What in the world... 

Could this be!?!

Phoebe Plunkett, of course! Appearing to help find the next GREAT 4-H Camp counselors. 

Cause there's only one sure-fire best way to find GREAT camp counselors...

And that's to have Phoebe Plunkett hiding behind a recycling bin. 

And it worked!

Like it always does.

Cause we hired Abbie!

And we hired Kieran!

And we hired this Beefeater!

And we couldn't be more excited to welcome the three of them to 4-H Camp this summer!

But mostly we're excited about Kieran!

And mostly we're exited about Abbie!

Cause the two of them are ACTUALLY coming to 4-H Camp...

To join the team for Summer 2020.

Summer 2020: 75% Full with Sold-Out Sessions!

It's just January, and we're already at 75% capacity for Summer 2020!

Not only that, but we've got our first sold-out Camp sessions!

Yup, as is so often the case, last is first cause Session #7 is all filled up!

In addition, we're sold-out for FEMALE bunks for both Session #1 (July 6th-11th) and Session #5 (August 3rd-8th.)

However, we JUST opened the waitlists for these sessions (and for males for Session #7), so feel free to join those lists ASAP to get at the top!

Nothing makes us more excited for summer than to know that YOU'RE ALL excited for summer, so thanks for thinking about Summer Camp in the winter and starting to fill up 4-H Camp in January!

January Sunset

Greetings from Mid-Winter 4-H Camp!

Woodrow and I were strolling around the lake yesterday evening, and the sunset over Shawanni was too good not to share with the Camp Family. 

We'll be announcing enrollment updates soon (suffice to say we were blown away by the excitement for Summer 2020 shown in Polar Bear registration, so if you haven't secured your 2020 bunks yet we recommend signing up ASAP), but in the mean-time, just enjoy the reflection of the low winter sun.
