HAFHAH In Review

To mark the end of August, we thought we'd share some of the big picture view of all that went on this summer in our virtual HAFHAH Camp program.

(In addition, we still have just a few spots in our THREE virtual cabins that will be meeting through the Autumn and start of the school year with 4-H Camp: HA-FALL!   If you'd like to join us, learn more and sign up!)

If you want to spend sometime seeing what happened in HAFHAH for yourself, you can spend sometime on our HAFHAH Playlist on our Youtube Channel. You can watch all our evening activities, from the Opening Campfire to Camp Mystery Detectives and Battle for the Island, right on to our Talent Show and Closing Ceremonies.

Check 'em out to get a taste of some of what our HAFHAH campers were up to this summer!

Ha-Fall!

After the success of our techfree techful, make-the-best-possible-out-of-2020-virtual-camp-program HAFHAH, we're excited to introduce the sequel, follow-up, and variation: HA-FALL! (More HAFHAH highlights are coming your way soon!)

HA-FALL (HAFHAHLL - Home Away From Home. At Home. Little Longer.) is similar in some ways to the summer program, but also has completely different goals and structure.

While HAFHAH was our best attempt to replicate and recreate our favorite parts of summer camp virtually, HA-FALL is all about extending the support, camaraderie, and friendship of the Camp Family throughout the school year.

Cabin groups will meet ONCE a week for a ten week session. Though the cabin meetings would still feature some games and activities, the focus of the cabins will be to build and maintain relationships between camp friends, and to offer a place to check-in and discuss, reflect on and laugh about their school weeks and autumns with our 4-H Camp counselors. Cabin meetings will have a duration of one hour and fifteen minutes each.

There would also be a single Rec time offered each week, Saturday mornings at 10:30 am, in which campers could opt to participate in.

We have THREE cabin options available:

The first is for our younger campers (12 and under) and meets on Zoom Monday evenings from 7:00-8:15 PM.

The second is for our thirteen and fourteen year olds, and also meets on Zoom Monday evenings from 7:00-8:15 PM

The third is for our older campers (15 and up) and meets on Zoom Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:15 PM.

The program will run from the week of September 14th through the week of November 16th. The fee for HA-FALL is $295.

Both cabins are currently at over 50% capacity, and we only have a handful of open spots left. If interested, we recommend you sign-up soon to secure a spot!
