Happy Holidays! We Got You...A NEW Leadership Fire Ring!

Happy Holidays, 4-H Camp Family!

We wanted to get you something special...

So that's exactly what we did...

With our BRAND-NEW Leadership Fire Ring!

And by "we" we really do mean we - it's from all of us, for all of us!

This project wouldn't have been possible without the MANY generous donations from last year's fundraising campaign...

And of course is the product of all the hard work, talent, and dedication from Luis at Dreamscape Designs.

(Should we see how it looks with a fire?)

There we go.

Even better.

I'm sure it looks lovely enough WITHOUT context...

But, if you want to be even more impressed...

You can see how it looked BEFORE Luis worked his magic...

Here...

And here.

I hope you don't easily get tired of beautiful photos of new fire rings.

Cause you're still in...

For a lot more.

Yes, our Leadership Fire Ring is made from re-purposed flagstones from our old Dining Hall patio...

And is nestled in the shadow of our waterfront bridge...

Along the stream exiting Lake Shawanni.

It'll be the future site of many CIT classes and programs...

A spot for cabins to roast s'mores and bond on camp evenings...

And just a great venue for anytime a small group of the Camp Family want to get together for some quality time around the fire.

Speaking of!

Let's get some friends...

Around this fire pit.

To try it out.

Ah yes.

Works perfect.

No surprise at that.

So where were we?

Oh yeah.

Happy Holidays!

We can't wait for YOU...

To join us 'round the fire...

In Summer 2022.

(Speaking of which!

If you have yet to sign up and get your bunk,

We of course encourage you to do so before the end of the year on 12/31/21...

And the end of our Polar Bear Early Registration.)

So, until then and until we meet again in 2022,

We'll say once more...

Happy Holidays from all of us in the Camp Family...

To all of you in the Camp Family.
