Launch of the Campfire Council's Annual Campership Campaign

 

Our alumni group, The 4-H Campfire Council, is pleased to announce that their Annual Campership Campaign has officially launched!

Last year's inaugural campaign raised over $15,000 to support 4-H Camp's mission of getting summer camp to every kid who wants to be here. 

The Campfire Council is excited to build on this success to get even more kids to 4-H Camp in the second year of this annual campaign initiative.

In Summer 2024, The New Jersey 4-H Camp gave out over $62,000 in campership support to 88 campers for sessions at overnight camp in Stokes Forest and 4-H Camp at Rutgers Gardens.  The funds raised in last year's 4-H Campfire Council Campership Campaign went a long way to making these 88 summer camp experiences possible.

This year, all donations will go an EVEN LONGER WAY, because a generous donor has pledged to match our entire campaign!

Yes, dollar for dollar, every gift the Campfire Council received during this campaign will be DOUBLED.

Help us get the word out, so that when the campaign ends at Winter Gathering (12/7), we can all celebrate the Campfire Council and 4-H Camp Community helping support a whole lot of campers(x2) this summer.
